Yankalilla District Council Successfully Implements Monitor CRMS for Enhanced Economic Development

“One of the standout features of Monitor is their customer-centric approach. Instead of dealing with technical personnel, we worked closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager”

Yankalilla District Council, located on the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula just south of Adelaide, recently underwent a seamless onboarding experience with Monitor.

Lisa Pearson, Group Manager for Economy, Tourism and Community, had clear objectives she wanted to achieve through Monitor: “to enhance engagement with known businesses and identify those who aren’t being engaged. In addition, our team is spread across two offices with some staff working from home, so we wanted to record engagements for improved communication and reporting.”

Monitor arranges an initial Kick-off meeting which gives the new customer the opportunity to openly raise any queries, ensuring the necessary steps and requirements are fully understood. Leanne Jones, Economic Development Support, expressed her satisfaction with the onboarding process, stating, "we had a fantastic onboarding experience.”

“One of the standout features of Monitor is their customer-centric approach. Instead of dealing with technical personnel, we worked closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who has 8 years of experience in Economic Development within Local Government.” This level of expertise at Monitor translates into a deep understanding enabling them to provide recommendations based on real-world experiences.

Leanne also praised the resources available, noting "the comprehensive onboarding documentation and help articles were instrumental in ensuring our smooth setup."

She continued by highlighting the significance of the role of "Customer Success Manager," affirming that it truly lives up to its name by setting customers up for success!

Yankalilla District Council is excited about harnessing the potential of Monitor and they’re confident in their ability to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently.

With Monitor as their trusted partner, they look forward to a future of improved economic development communications and outcomes for their community.
