Daley has significant experience scaling SaaS startups and building better customer experiences. For a number of years, Daley has worked closely with Economic Development teams and has a deep understanding of the day-to-day requirements and challenges of the industry. 

Daley is the voice of the customer and works closely with product development on customer feedback, new functions and releases and strives to provide the best possible experience.

Daley is a member of Economic Development Australia.   

General Manager Software Applications

Hans-Karel is a highly experienced Manager with over two decades of comprehensive IT experience.

He possesses strong knowledge of software development and product design lifecycle, and the required operations and support for software products.

Hans-Karel heads up software design and development and technical support and works closely with the Sales and Customer Experience teams.

Hans-Karel is a member of Economic Development Australia.

Director

Mike has developed a strong reputation as an industry leader, with over ten years experience in the fields of urban planning, tourism, research and urban economics. Extensive knowledge in these fields facilitates his preparation of strategic plans for industry, regions and urban centres. Mike has been heavily involved in the development and oversight of Monitor CRMS.

Mike believes that every Economic Development Unit should have a capable and fit for purpose CRM. Mike is a member of Economic Development Australia. 

Director

Matt has more than 35 years industry experience in strategic planning, property market assessment and urban economic analysis.

Matt’s industry insight and knowledge has been key to understanding the needs of Local Government business units in the development of Monitor CRMS.

Software Engineer

Ben focuses on driving innovative software solutions and delivering high-quality products for Monitor CRMS. With extensive experience in delivering projects from concept to execution across the software lifecycle, Ben works so that every aspect of Monitor CRMS meets the evolving needs of our customers.

Collaborating closely with our Sales and Customer Experience teams, Ben ensures alignment between technical innovation and customer satisfaction.

Business Development

Rohan has joined our team in the first half of 2024 bringing with him a wealth of experience in business development and management.

Having served as councillor on his local council, Rohan imbues his professional experience with a strong passion for local government and community development.

Rohan’s core role is to work closely with Economic Development teams to overcome the common challenges faced for the betterment of the broader community.

Customer Support Specialist

Sam joined the team in the back half of 2024 bringing with him a vast background of more than 10 years experience in customer support across multiple industries.

Working closely with the Customer Success and Software teams, Sam ensures that all customers are being dealt with in a timely manner whilst taking in feedback to ensure we are delivering the best possible user experience.

Sam is your go-to person to assist with any queries you may have when using Monitor CRMS.

Junior Developer

Chan joined the Monitor CRMS team in 2023 whilst completing a Bachelor in Software Engineering at RMIT.

Chan works closely with the Monitor CRMS team and customers to create a comfortable user experience.

Chan applies his experience in computer programming and draws on his technical skills to assist in the the continued development of Monitor CRMS.

Junior Developer

Nadelin is a Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Software Development and Artificial Intelligence). With a strong focus on building practical and innovative solutions, Nadelin contributes to the development of high-quality software at Monitor, working closely with the team to ensure products meet user needs and industry standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, Nadelin brings a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, helping Monitor create solutions that are both impactful and user-friendly.
