Product Updates to Make Things a Little Easier

Following our recent major refresh of the Monitor CRMS user interface and experience, we have some exciting new function updates to share with you. 

The feedback received on the refresh has been hugely valuable for us to continue to enhance Monitor CRMS. A big thank you to our users for their insights.  

The focus of this upgrade has been developing an improved search function and upgraded tag functionality. 

So, what has changed and how can it make my life a little easier? 


Upgraded Quick Search Function

Our major refresh of Monitor CRMS included an upgraded search feature, allowing you to filter, sort and search businesses, contacts,  engagements or  campaigns, quickly and easily. 

The changes have simplified the process, making it easy for first time users to jump in and navigate the platform.  

Our users have told us over the last couple of months, that the ability to perform a quick search to find individual businesses and contacts is a useful and time saving feature. With that, we have implemented a quick search function located on the dashboard. You can now perform a quick search by typing in a business contact or keyword. Voila! Now you can find what you are looking for, without having to load the entire business database.  

Once you have selected the business and contact you are looking for, the profile will appear from the right side of the screen. We have also included a prompt action icon to the profile, to enable you to create a new engagement. Simply select the action icon to log your call, email or visit. Easy.  


Tagging Redesigned

Tagging has become crucial to creating identifiers outside of the strict confines of  industry  sectors  and  geographic areas. Once a tag is created, you can seamlessly segment, target and communicate with your business and contacts through the Monitor CRMS campaign tools, or the integration function with other campaign tools.  

Overtime, as lots of new and different tags are created, the ability to quickly find and search the tag you’re looking for can become a little bit tricky. That’s why we have redesigned the entire tagging layout and function.  

  • Firstly, we have added the option to create new tags under the “New” button. You will no longer have to be in the businesses and contacts tab to create a new tag.  

  • We have also moved the location of the tags column to display in a more prominent position, incorporating a quick search and filter option to make it even easier to quickly segment your database. 

  • Lastly, we have improved the tagging actions icon. With a slick new look, you can now search your list, group your tags, create private tags, or favourite tags.  

Our team hopes that you find these enhancements to be valuable and useful upgrades.
