Welcome Claire Hahnel!
We’re excited to welcome Claire Hahnel to the Monitor CRMS team, in the newly created role of Customer Success Manager!
Claire has over 8 years’ experience working in Economic Development in Local Government in both a growth Council and a small rural Council.
She has worked closely with SME businesses, investors and event operators to develop opportunities that allow for growth. This wide-ranging experience means Claire has a genuine understanding of the needs of Economic Development teams and the required outcomes.
As Customer Success Manager, Claire works closely with our users to ensure they are getting the most out of Monitor CRMS, and helps advance product development through user insights.
